updateRotAxes - update particle rotation axes to reflect the change
in rotations between two motive lists. Typically, the first motive
list will have been generate by a program such as spikeInit or stalkInit,
while the second will reflect a refinement of that initial alignment.
NOTE: prior to version 1.13.0 this program was called modifyRotAxes.
It has been renamed to more accurately reflect its functionality.
updateRotAxes fnAxesIn fnAxesOut fnMOTL1 fnMOTL2
Update the contents of a rotation axes file to reflect the change
in rotations between motive lists fnMOTL1 and fnMOTL2.
The file name of the input rotation axes file in csv format.
Each line of this file should contain 3 comma-separated numbers
specifying the rotation axis for the corresponding particle in
tomogram x,y, and z coordiates.
The name to which the modifed rotation axes will be written.
The name of the initial motive list (typically generated by stalkInit
The name of the 2nd, "improved" motive list. For example, when doing
and initial spike alignment by running seedSpikes and spikeInit
followed by an alignment search with flgNoReferenceRefinement = 1,
fnMOTL2 would be the output motive list found by that search.
The number of lines in the fnMOTL1 and fnMOTL2 must match that
PEET(1), spikeInit(1), stalkInit(1).
