DESCRIPTION

Slicer2MOTL converts one or more Relion Z-Y-Z (or other) angles in degrees to Z-X-Z Euler angles required for motive list entries, and either prints the results or saves them to an output motive list file. If no arguments are supplied, the program will prompt the user for inputs and will display corresponding outputs. Conversely, if input and output filenames are provided (and are not null strings), results will be read from and written to the specified files.

By default, the output angles will correspond to the transform specified by the input angles. If an inverse transform is desired, set flgInvert to 1. Input Euler or Tait-Bryan angle sequences other than "ZXZ" can be specified in the "sequence" parameter.

inputFilename (optional)
is the path to a coma-separated-value file containing the input angles.
outputFilename (optional)
is the name to which the output will be written.
flgInvert (optional, default = 0)
If non-zero, angles corresponding to the inverse of the transform specified by the input angles will be output.
flgFlip
If non-zero, flip the signs of the output angles.
sequence (optional, default 'ZYZ')
The rotation sequence to be used for the input angles. The default, compatible with Xmipp, Frealign, and other packages.
