DESCRIPTION
MOTL2Relion converts one or more ZXZ angles in degrees to
corresponding or inverse Relion ZYZ angles, and either prints
the results or saves them to an output file in comma separated value
format. If no arguments are supplied, the program will prompt for the
input angles, and will display the results. Conversely, if input and
output filenames are provided, results will be read from and written to
these files. The input file can be in either of 2 formats. If every
line of the input file contains 3 comma separated values, each line will
be taken as the Z1XZ2 angles in degrees. Alternatively, if every line
after the first contains 20 comma separated values, the file will be
assumed to be a motive list, and Z1, X, and Z2 will be read from columns
17, 19, and 18, respectively.
By default, the output angles will correspond to the transform
specified by the input angles. If an inverse transform is desired,
set flgInvert to 1. Output Euler or TaitBryan output angle
conventions other than "ZXZ" can be specified in the "sequence"
parameter.
 inputFilename (optional)

is the path to either a motive list or a coma separated value file with
3 columns containing the ZXZ Euler angles to be converted.
 outputFilename (optional)

is the name to which the output angles will be written.
 flgInvert (optional, default = 0)

If nonzero, angles corresponding to the inverted tranform (rather than
the original) will be output.
 flgFlip (optional, defalt = 0)

if nonzero, flip the signs of the output angles.
 sequence (optional, default 'ZYZ')

The rotation sequence to be used for the output angles. The default,
compatible with Xmipp and Frealign, among others.
