One or more IMOD programs use the LSQR routine from Michael Saunders.  Before
IMOD 4.0, two source files were used: lsqr.f and lsqrblas.f.  They are covered
by the Common Public License, a copy of which is in cpl1.0.txt.

As of IMOD 4.0, C translations of LSQR and needed BLAS routines from the BCLS
package of Michael Friedlander are being used; these are covered by the Lesser
GPL license, a copy of which is in LGPL.txt.
