6/15/05: Fixed bug in behavior of F1-F8 keys when contrast floating is on.
6/14/05: Fixed a bug in Fine Alignment where the global Rotation Solution Type was set from MagOption in align.com, instead of RotOption.
6/13/05: The option to fix 3D fiducial coordinates with local alignments has been getting lost since IMOD 3.4.17. This bug is now fixed, the command file now specifies the option with a 1, and a checkbox was added under advanced to control this.
5/19/05: Increased model size that C routines will feed to a Fortran program, so now allowed model size really is doubled.
