simpleFSC - plot Fourier Shell Correlation from a pair of volumes

simpleFSC will calculate and plot the Fourier Shell Correlation (FSC)
from a pair of MRC volumes containing independent averages from half
data sets. It is useful when the 2 half data set averages have already
been computed. It is less flexible than calcFSC / plotFSC, but is much
faster since it does not recompute averages. In addition to plotting
the FSC, the corresponding values (spatial frequency in lp/nm and
correlation) will be written to file simpleFSC.csv.

The names of the 2 input MRC volumes.
An optional string evaluating to a MATLAB vector containing the upper
edges of the desired frequency shells. If ommitted, the shells will be
- windowName = string
Optional mask type to apply to the data... 'gaussian', 'hamming', etc.
The default is 'gaussian'. If windowName is 'file', windowParams must be
a string with the name of an MRC file containing the mask. A windowName
of 'none' can be used to disable masking.
- windowParams = vector
The parameters to pass to the window generation function. For a gaussian
window the parameters are [radius sigma] as fractions of input volume
size. The default is [0.35 0.05].
- windowCenter = vector
The center of the mask window (default: [ ] = volume center, which
corresponds to floor(szVol/2)+1).
