plotSSNR - plot the Spectral Signal to Noise Ratio function
plotSSNR figureNum flgSpatialFreq
plotSSNR will plot the Spectral Signal to Noise Ratio (SSNR) results
created by calcSSNR. By default, the resulting window will be named
"Figure 1", and spatial frequency used as the x-axis. These defaults
can be modifed with the optional arguments described below.
A non-negative integer specifying the figure number. If figureNum is
n, the resulting window will be named "Figure n". This can be useful
when displaying multiple Fourier Shell Correlations for comparison.
By default, SSNR is plotted versus spatial frequency with a secondary,
resolution scale at the top of the figure. If flgSpatialFrequency is 0,
resolution will be used as the x-axis instead of frequency.
