plotRotAxes - create 3D quiver plot showing particle rotation axes
plotRotAxes inputModel rotAxes length
plotRotAxes inputModel rotAxes length lineWidth
Create a 3D quiver plot showing the particle location and rotation
axis orientation for each particle in the input model. An arrow
with the specified length and width will be drawn with its tail
at the particle location. Zooming, rotation, and translation of
the plot, in addition to identification and location of specific
particles are available from tools in the figure menu.
The path / filenmame of the IMOD model containing the particle
locations. As in PEET alignment and averaging, only particles
in object 1 will be considered.
The path / filename of the comma-seperated-value rotation axes
file corresponding to the input model. The number of lines in this
file must correspond to the number of parrticles in the input model, and
each line must x,y,z values defining the corresponding rotation axis.
The length in pixels to use for each arrow.
The line width to use for each arrow. (Optional. Default = 0.5).
