NAME

plotFSC - plot the Fourier Shell Correlation function

SYNOPSIS

plotFSC
plotFSC figureNum
plotFSC figureNum flgSpatialFreq
plotFSC figureNum flgSpatialFreq flgErrorBars

DESCRIPTION

plotFSC will plot the Fourier Shell Correlation (FSC) results created by calcFSC or calcUnbiasedFSC. By default, the resulting window will be named "Figure 1", and spatial frequency will be used as the x-axis. These defaults can be modified with the optional arguments described below.
figureNum
A non-negative integer specifying the figure number. If figureNum is n, the resulting window will be named "Figure n". This can be useful when displaying multiple Fourier Shell Correlations for comparison.
flgSpatialFreq = < 0 | 1 >
By default, FSC is plotted versus spatial frequency with a secondary, resolution scale at the top of the figure. If flgSpatialFrequency is 0, resolution will be used as the x-axis instead of frequency.
flgErrorBars = {< 0 | 1 >
Can be used to manually control plotting of error bars indicating 95% confidence intervals. Error bars will only be plotted if calcFSC was run with repCount = 3 or greater, telling it to compute and save the required information. By default, error bars are plotted for spatial frequency plots, but not resolution plots, since the latter tend to become too cluttered.
