NAME

PEETCleanup - delete log / intermediate files, and rename output files

SYNOPSIS

PEETCleanup filename
PEETCleanup filename flgCleanOutput

DESCRIPTION

If PEETCleanup is called with only a single parameter file name, it silently deletes log and intermediate files, while preserving essential output files. If it is called with the optional flgCleanOutput argument set to anything other than 0, is also deletes output files (e.g. in preparation for a new run). Output files are backed up (by appending a "~" to the name), rather than simply deleted, but there is only a single level of backup.

By default, PEETCleanup is invoked with flgCleanOutput = 1 at the start of each new PEET run to avoid possible confusion between current and pre-existing output files. To suppress this automatic cleanup, manually add a parameter flgNoCleanupOutputFiles = 1 to the parameter file.

filename
The file name of the parameter file. See PEET man page and below for descriptions of applicable parameter file settings.
flgCleanOutput (optional, default = 0)
If non-zero, output files will be processed in addition to log and intermediate files.
